Anonymous asked: makeup advice ! I have these crazy under eye circles that do not go away ! I put concelear over it, do you know of any makeup that can help cover them more? I heard there was colored sticks that work ( like green coverup or something similar)
Hi there =)
well to answer your question, you should use a concealer that is peachy or salmony(pinkish). You have to cancel out the colours of your eye circles. So say they look more purple you’ll want a yellow-ish peachy concealer, that will cancel the purple out.
If your circles look more greenish use the more salmony pinnky colour.
That way you cancel out the discolouration, and create a brown colour. Then you can go ahead and pat some of your foundation and or concealer (your skin tone) over the top =)
Hope this helps you =D
Any more questions or if I’ve been unclear or you didn’t understand something, feel free to ask again =D

Answer to funkyfashionmonkey, How to ensure Eyeshadow lasts
So there are a few tricks to make sure your eyeshadow lasts. However, there is no method that is absolute crease proof. Your Shadow, no matter what brand, will eventually crease.
There are however ways of making your eyeshadow last much longer.
If your eyelids get oily during the day, use a mattifying primer, it will help control the oil during the day, which will cause your shadow to crease. Then apply an eyeshadow base (a primer or a cream shadow or mac paint pot) these will help the shadow stick and crease less during the day.
If you’d like you can add a tiny bit of loose powder over the top of the shadow to help prevent more creasing.
If you have mac fix plus spray your face with this, it will fix your makeup (NOT set!!) fix plus ONLY fixes your makeup (makes make up molecules expand and blend into the skin) Then you can use a fixative spray like model in the bottle, or makeup forever shadow seal (it’s expensive but soooooo worth it, it works amazing!!) and you can use lots of other fixative sprays from the market.
As for smudge proof eyeshadow, again I would suggest using a fixative spray. Other than that try not to rub your to smudge your shadow.
I also suggest using more matte shades than shimmer shadows. Shimmer shadows crease a lot faster than mattes.
I hope this has helped you and if you have any questions please feel free to ask!!

Anonymous asked: I want to start wearing make-up. What are the best brands?
Well there Really aren’t any “best” brands, it all depends on your budget, skin type and the things you like.
I suggest though for starting off, get a foundation from loreal, they’re more expensive, but they feel amazing on the skin and like you’re wearing nothing.
For eyeshadows I’d suggest starting of with a few nyx trios that are neutral (browns, greys, darker and deeper colours) as those won’t seem too overwhelming.
For lips again it depends on what you like (nyx makes fabulous affordable lipsticks) for glosses I suggest some from sephora or mac (the higher end ones aren’t as sticky as drugstore ones.)
For mascaras I would get a Maybelline clear mascara and a Covergirl Mascara, they are the best ones I’ve found.
For powder I’d would get a translucent powder (either coty powder from ebay or boots, No.7)
Nyx and Revlon Both make reaally really nice blushes that work superbly.
I hope this helps a bit?
